The Cuyahoga County Public Library signed this purchase agreement to sell Telling Mansion-the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Library- for $755,000; the Library also agreed to pay $50,000 to redo the parking lot for the new owner. Millikin should not be sold. It is valuable public property and should remain public property.
